Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 7 days, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return if the product is damaged or not in edible condition.

Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be damaged or not in edible condition upon receipt. You will need to provide a picture of the product and a detailed email explaining the issue to AmruthAharFoods@gmail.com or bring the item into a nearby Amruth Ahar store.

Starting a Return

To initiate a return, please send us a detailed email along with pictures of the damaged or inedible product to AmruthAharFoods@gmail.com, or you can visit any nearby Amruth Ahar store. You will need to show your receipt or proof of purchase when requesting a return.

Acceptance of Returns

We will notify you once we have inspected your claim. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Please note that items returned without prior communication will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or inedible, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable Items

Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods once opened (such as food items once the packaging is broken). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
